You are quite right about those fuel rigs. That was
pathetic. One would think that in a very high profile and massive budget
environment like F1 those kind of problems should be non-existent. But then
again look at Michelin! Woefully pathetic!! For a major supplier of one of the
major components in motor racing not to have a respectable intermediate tyre
is inexcusable. While they did not even have one decent intermediate,
Bridgestone were testing THREE different intermediates while they had a range
of decent inters available for the race. Come on Michelin that is very

Can’t agree more. Time in the pits for fuelling can't
be so critical that risky technology is warranted. After all the delay should
theoretically apply to all so why not go for something slightly slower that
works every time.
Michelin may have consulted their local witchdoctor who
after throwing the bones declared a rain free season. No other explanation
comes to mind.
